Background Information

Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. Dr. Vega completed his training at the University of Missouri- Kansas City in an advanced standing 6 year program. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Vega manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Vega practices a wide scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise focused on dentoalveolar surgery including dental implant procedures, wisdom tooth removal and pre-prosthetic surgery. This includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at are experienced, certified dental assistants who work as a team in conjunction with Dr. Vega in administration of IV sedation and surgery. My staff are all CPR trained to ensure a safe experience for intravenous (IV) sedation or outpatient general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting.

Our front office staff work with both medical and dental insurance policies to assist in finding economically sound solutions and provide the most transparent cost estimates prior to your treatment.  All office staff are CPR certified.
